This course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to install, configure, and administer Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 Active Directory‘ directory services. The course also focuses on implementing Group Policy and performing the Group Policy-related tasks required to centrally manage users and computers, then introduces theory and best practices to de-sign a Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 directory services infrastructure in an enterprise network. Strategies are presented to assist the student in identifying the information technology needs of an organization, and then designing an Active Directory™ structure that meets those needs.
