While it can be said that all business is business, we believe OD practitioners build greater credibility with company leaders by knowing business, talking the industry language, thinking strategically, and helping produce desired business results with minimal effort.
Founded in 2005, the Center is an outgrowth of Leading Change Inc., an IT consulting business established in 1997 by former industry executives. With the advent of a strategic partnership alignment with Resource Associates Corporation (RAC), a long desired visionary goal for industry improvement was launched. Founded in 1978 with a vision and focus of organizational and personal development, RAC is a world class leader in the learning and development field. As an affiliate organization, the ILC has access to highly developed, well tested curriculum and to over five hundred highly training practitioner affiliates across the country.
