Change is constant; growth is optional. Successful businesspeople in today's marketplace understand this. To pursue growth an organization must constantly scrutinize the viability of the organizational attributes that fueled their success to date. As an organization evolves so too, do the challenges of organizational leadership.
"Changing success to significance" is about people. We believe an organization's ability to adapt and evolve is strongly correlated to the personal and professional growth of its leaders. From crew leader to CEO, individuals in leadership roles who derive meaning from their work; who willingly help develop others; who in sum realize significance, define the culture.
Unlike other resources; a surety, a banker, an accountant, a technical consultant for example, the Leadership Center is not a "content" expert. We do not profess to have the solutions to an organization's development issues. We believe those solutions come from within. Generating those solutions through a facilitated proven 'process' for growth can yield significant organizational results. Our mission is to provide that process: helping to increase a company's value through development and alignment of its people, processes and strategy.
